Today, I talked to Drew. For the sake of his and our other soldier's safety, he is in an "undisclosed" location. He is still in the states and his journey to the "sand box" is just around the corner. He sounds good and very uplifted about what lies ahead. He's nervous, scared, excited, and of course missing home! Most of all, he's ready to do his job and come home safely! He's just busy throughout the day so if and when I talk to him, we only get about 5 minutes. Heck, I will be satisfied with that. Anything is better than nothing! Nevertheless, he's doing well and appreciates many thoughts and prayers. I will keep you all updated next time we speak! :)
